Group class Drop ins
To protect the quality and integrity of our coached classes, All newcomers are required to complete our on-boarding process before attending classes
*If you are an experienced Functional/Strength/CrossFit athlete looking for a group session to join while you're in town, you can drop into classes with us - please contact us to book in.
Open gym Drop in
Non Members can only drop-in to the open gym during staffed hours, typically 0630-1900 on week-days. Please contact us before you plan to drop in.
Regular visitors can complete our on-boarding process, allowing them to drop-in for open gym 24/7 when they are in town!
*If you purchase a pass without having spoken with us, our access system will not allow you entry.
